TEDDY RILEY TO PRESENT AT SUMC EVENT!
Platinum Producer Presents Blackstreet and Final Draft!
8th Annual Southeast Urban Music Conference is June 21-23 In Atlanta!
ATLANTA, GA, MAY 14, 2011 --Legendary platinum producer Teddy Riley will be among the participants in the June 21st opening night festivities for the 8th Annual Southeast Urban Music Conference, event Chairman Tony Baraka announced this week.

The Grammy winning producer who is noted for his work with Michael Jackson, Lady GaGa, Guy, and Blackstreet, will host a press party dubbed “Teddy Riley Presents”at the SUMC Opening Night of Stars featuring Earl Jam/Universalrecording group Final Draft and platinum selling act Blackstreet.

Says Baraka, “What better way to celebrate Black Music Month than by having the legendary Teddy Riley as part of the 8th Annual SUMC, bringing together the five-man R&B group Final Draft and the original members of Blackstreet. It will be a fantastic opening night at SUMC.”
He continued, “This is what SUMC is all about: having a well known superstar like Teddy Riley and rising stars like Final Draft, aka the FabFive, a group that I am sure is destined to take the music industry by storm. I have to say thank you to EarlJam/ Universal for bringing Teddy, Final Draft and Blackstreet and allowing SUMC attendees to witness history in the making.”

According to Jasmine “Jay”Love, CFO of Earl Jam, “This is the first time that Teddy has worked with a group that he didn’t put together. Once he heard them he was blown away so we are very excited about Teddy Riley teaming up with EarlJam and taking Final Draft to the next level.”
Teddy Riley Presents takes place at 8 p.m., Tuesday June 21 at Park Tavern, 500 10th Street, Atlanta.
